Which is a better primer? Too Faced Shadow Insurance or Urban Decay Primer Potion?

Which is better in terms of:
- longest lasting
- dries faster
- is better for really oily eye lids
- stays put even through sweat (maybe) rain, weather etc.

The urban decay primer is really good but does take a longish time to dry not that long tho ,, but i use the too faced shadow iinsurance now and its amazing cause my skin type is oily and it completly gets rid of the oil on my lids but still keeps it soft so i would get it for your lids,, the primer is really good as for the stays on in the rain it will but you cant like stand in it for so long cause your eyeshadow will start to smudge lol,, but i wear it for partys and my makeup is still in tact when i get home so (Y) go for the too faced one
