what should i do about my contacts?

i have focus soft lenses, opti free case, and optifree replenish solution.

I first started wearing contacts years ago and I was told to use a cleaning solution and then rinse it off for at least 10 seconds on each side to make sure the solution is fully rinsed off. Nowadays, with solutions that combine both cleaning and saline solution, that's not necessary anymore. I fine it easier to take off my lenses and put them straight into their cases with the solution and then shake up the case for about 30 seconds to agitate the solution and the lenses.

As for still being able to use your contact lenses, I don't see any reason not to try them. They might still work for you.
