The first thing that strikes you (in a positive manner) when undertaking a review of the new LG 32SL8000 is that it comes with a one pane design that is effective and which consists of a single glass sheet stretching across the television's front and in the process creates a television set without any apparent border. This creates an illusion the set being very svelte; but, it still occupies the same amount of space as do other thirty-two inch sets. However, it does look attractive, especially when mounted on the wall.

The LG 32SL8000 comes with three HDMI slots at the back and there is a further fourth HDMI that is present in a side panel where there is room for a USB port as well. Furthermore, this set comes with a host of features ' many of which are not found in competing models and these features can be operated quite easily.

Take for example the USB media player that provides the ability to show JPEG slideshows that can be accompanied with MP3 tunes and also a number of video files such as DivX and also DivX HD. In addition, the set also offers Bluetooth for connecting headphones wirelessly and which is also suitable when you wish to send pictures from a mobile phone. In fact, LG is the only maker that offers such Bluetooth connectivity.

The other interesting technological feature found in this LG 32SL8000 model, the 24p Real Cinema as well as TruMotion 200Hz is certainly a cut above what the competing makes and models are offering. In addition, this set has the wonderful Intelligent Sensor II that keeps the on-screen brightness appropriate to ambient lighting conditions in the room and in the process also helps to conserve energy as well.

In fact, this television model also boasts of good resolution (1920 x 1080) that makes for a very pleasing on-screen display and it is a set that dovetails perfectly with an external home theater system and is in fact quite an impressive all-rounder of a television set.

There are some notable features in the LG 32SL8000 that make it a winner including its Freeview feature and then there is the presence of DVD as well as broadcast HDTV channels and its ability to show perfect HD images from a Blue Ray player. Overall, the picture quality you see is very versatile and though not setting any benchmarks you also won't have much to complain about.

However, you must not expect to get outstanding sound along with the excellent pictures because this set is not big enough to provide excellence in audio output. But, then that is a problem with virtually every LCD and so the LG 32SL8000 is not an exception. The only problem is that LG seems to have sacrificed sound to make the set more aesthetically appealing and so the speakers are not the main concern. In fact, the speakers can only output twenty watts of sound from two speakers.

All in all, the LG 32SL8000 is one model that may not exactly dazzle you with its exceptional features; but, whatever features are included are executed with great effect making this is a television model worth investing in.

how do i get a more ripped, toned set of abs and pecs?

Im very active and love all sports. I have a good pair of pecs and a good set of abs, but i wish they were more toned and more noticeable. Any Ideas, exercises?

make sure you work them till they swell up, it means you have had a good workout. But dont exersize them too much because they will become fatigued and wont heal. For abs I would suggest crunches. For shoulders I would suggest gettin two weights and hold them out to your sides for as long as possible. For chest I would suggest push ups, peck flies, or pushing your hands together in front of you
