Pigment Glitter Stick

Making glitter stick?

When I put glitter or certain loose pigments on my eye lids, they seem to fall down and get all over my face. What can I use to make them stick? An ordinary primer such as the Urban Decay Primer Potion doesn't make it stick. I'd like some thing similar to the Benefit She-laq but that's really expensive. Any ideas?

Use a BIT of light hair gel mixed in with the glitter, Rub that where you want the glitter to stick. It dries clear and the glitter will stay till you wash it off.
