Good "mini brush" mascara?

I'm fairly new to wearing makeup. I already have long, naturally black eyelashes, but I still like to use mascara to define them and make them longer. From the free samples I've used, I really like the skinny, "mini brushes." (All the free samples are brands that I can't afford.) Does anyone know of any good kinds of mascara with a mini brush that I can get at a drug store and are under $10? I would wear black and I wear contacts if that changes anything.
