How much darker are mineral make ups in the container?

I mean if I pick up a bottle of "light Ivory" in loreal liquid, it looks like that shade would match my skin....but "light ivory" mineral powder make up looks about 4 shades darker than my skin...

its probably not that much darker
I have about like 6 different kinds of foundation and i use ivory in all of them and their all my skin tone
