a mineral foundation brush? if they're like kabuki, like this one:

it gives you a lot more coverage. but you can use a large powder/blush brush as well if you don't want a lot of coverage from your foundation (probably barley any).

but i find the kabuki to be the best for mineral foundations, it buffs on and looks smoother and less flakey.
