mineral eyeliner application tips?
I recently switched to a powder mineral eyeliner. I absolutely love the way it makes my eyes look, but there's only one problem.... when I apply it there are always loose "grains" that fall onto my cheeks. No matter how thoroughly I tap the excess liner off the brush, it always seems to happen.
This becomes quite a big problems when I try to wipe them away. They either smudge and I get dark streaks on my cheeks, or I have to wipe them away with make-up remover - which also wipes away anything else I've put on (foundation, blush, concealer, etc). Any tips for getting around this problem??
Place a playing card flush against your cheek, right below the eye socket while you apply the eyeliner. Dust off the card and not your face.
