What's the best cosmetic for covering acne?

I have somewhat mild but ever-present acne and although I believe skincare is the best way of treating acne, I still want something to disguise these annoying zits. So...
(1) What's the best concealer/foundation out there for covering acne?
(2) How do you apply it for maximum effectiveness?

I like Aquasmooth Cover Girl Makeup. it comes in a Navy Blue case and its great! If you really want to hide the zits, you may want to invest in some dermablend concealor. I bought it to cover my zits for a dance competition and it works really good! i love it...however it is a little on the expensive side. Its sold at places like dillards...good luck!
