Full eye contact lenses are just another type of the enormous variety of theatrical cosmetic lenses. They don't have any vision improvement capabilities and are meant to be used on stage or just for having a couple of hour's fun with your friends or at a themed party.

This type of lenses should normally cover your whole eye and none of its white part should be visible. Obviously to achieve this and not just waste your money buying smaller lenses, you need to check with a doctor to get your eye measured. Than it is best if you can find custom made full eye contact lenses so that you are sure you are getting the correct size. Lenses that are not your size may also happen to fit you well however there is higher risk to fall out of your eye as well as obstruct your vision.

Many people who are eager to try these lenses wonder how to put them on and off. The good news is that there is nothing different in the use of this lenses type. They are put into the eye the same way as regular lenses - and if you are unsure how to do this just ask a friend or a family member who wears lenses to help you.

Another important thing to remember is that these types of lenses are different than regular corrective lenses as well as they differ from those that are made to change the eye color. For that reason it is not recommended to wear them all day long and definitely not advised to sleep over with them on. The safest use is to put those kinds of lenses for several hours, and take them out afterwards. Of course you should clean them before and after use to avoid eye infections and irritations.

Since full eye contact lenses are gaining popularity very quickly in the recent years there are virtually all kind of designs available - starting from full black and white lenses and finishing with custom designed ones that can even represent the name of your favorite football team.
