Optimal health and wellness all depends upon balanced body chemistry. Toxin removal and bodily cleansing is one of the most important aspects of a properly functioning bodily system. When a body is cleansed thoroughly of toxins and impurities, most individuals will experience a significant increase in energy and stamina. Many also will experience a significant weight loss. Overall, effective toxin removal and weight loss occurs most often when a routine of bodily cleansing is maintained.

The human body is set up in such a way that impurities are removed routinely. However, we live in such a polluted society that many times, there is a glut of impurities entering our bodies that we are not even aware of. Because there is such an onslaught, the body may not keep up with impurity removal well, and the impurities build up. This is called 'body burden' and can lead to a rundown feeling as well as general ill health. Many individuals today are using nutritional products to not only supplement their health but to counteract this 'body burden' by removing toxins whenever possible.

Liquid nutritional supplements seem to be absorbed better than supplements in pill form. The liquid doesn't need to be broken down by the digestive system, but passes directly into the body with less waste and in a shorter amount of time. These liquid supplements have become increasing popular over the years.

Recent studies have indicated that 'senior citizens' (over sixty) are now the fastest growing segment of the population benefiting from the liquid nutritional supplements. Many of these citizens had reached a stage in life, where it had become increasingly more difficult to eliminate body waste and impurities. The 'body burden', as mentioned above, caused a noticeable decrease in the 'quality of life' for these seniors. The liquid nutritional supplements have helped to restore the 'senior citizens' to the 'quality of life' they had been missing.

With the baby boom generation aging out the increase in the amount of nutritional products and the interest in staying healthier, and living longer, will increase, not decrease over the next few decades!

Pregnant and putting on sooooo much weight?

im 22 weeks pregnant and have already put on 12 kls, can this be normal ?!!?! i know ur only suppose to put on about 12- 15 throught ur WHOLE pregancy and i have nearly reached that already...
I was a small size 10 to begin with n wasnt a big eater... But now i eat alot more so my baby can get the nutrients she needs.
i know not to eat for two i havnt been doing that but when i say i eat alot more is because b4 i was pregnant i only pretty much only had a meala day, i just wasnt big on eating was always too busy.. mayb is just all catching up on me ?!?!

You are supposed to put on 1 to 2 pounds a month. So you are in a pretty good range. No one is perfect and gain the perfect amount of weight. You just make sure that you are eating healthy and it will all be fine. Don't be like me....right now I am having cravings for chocolate sooo bad!
