How do I use Mary Kay Highlighting Powder?

I purchased it the pink porclein (I think) a while back and now I dont remember how to apply it. I tried their website but it wasnt very useful! Can someone tell me how to apply this (where not really how)?

highlighting powder can brighten up your face if brushed across cheek bones (like blusher).
it can also be used to brighten up your eyes if you wet a brush and dab it at the inner corners of your eyes.
