It also helps the body to burn the layer of fat just below the skins surface, which may reduce cellulite. You may be able to mix your own caffeine creams with powdered coffee grounds and reduce cellulite while enjoying the fresh smell of coffee.

Consistent exercise will also go a long ways towards firming skin and muscles while reducing fat in the areas where you have problems with cellulite. Some doctors also experimenting with versions of laser therapy to increase circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite.

other day, I read that you should never use powder on your face...Does this go for mineral powder, used as a foundation, as well? Such as, Mary Kay for instance.

If you have oily skin there is absolutely nothing wrong with powder. I have normal skin and yet I prefer powder over foundation.
