Building quality backlinks is an important step in archiving a good search engine ranking and targeted traffic from the search engines! Here are some great ways to build free high quality back-links to your website.

1. Forum Marketing: Join related forums and message boards and include a link to your website in your signature. Posting useful content will not only build back-links but also build your brand in your target niche!

3. Article Writing: Writing articles and submitting them to several article directories is another effective method to build back-links to your website.

5. Blogging: Start a Blog at WordPress, Blogger or one of the other free blogging services. Post related articles and link to your website.

6. Social Bookmarking: Bookmark your website on several social bookmarking websites.

7. Press Release: Submit press releases to the many PR websites. This brings you some more back links and can bring you massive web-traffic too!
