If you have an unwanted tattoo, you only have a few viable options to get rid of it: using a tattoo removal cream or undergoing laser treatments. Of course, there are other alternatives including surgery, getting a cover-up tattoo, and wearing make-up everyday buy these options only apply to a small percentage of those that want to fade/erase their unwanted tattoo.

Regarding laser treatments, I will say this: laser treatments do work for most people. The reason that people choose to avoid them and or try using a tattoo removal cream comes down to two things: price and pain. Laser treatments cost a substantial amount of money and are not covered by health insurance. You could easily spend multiple thousands of dollars depending on the size and color of your tattoo as well as where you live. Additionally, while you probably have a high pain tolerance in that you have a tattoo, laser treatments are often more painful than having the tattoo applied.

Instead of paying for laser treatments, there is the possibility of using topical tattoo removal products. Many people who use these products are satisfied with the results from fading their tattoo via a topical tattoo removal cream of gel. However, it just takes them a while to get there which bring me to the "catch" of using a tattoo removal cream: time.

It will take longer to produce results using this kind of tattoo removal method. However, due to the substantial amount of money you can save, more and more people are switching to using a tattoo removal cream. This is not to say that using a laser is a quick fix to remove a tattoo. Between each session, you will have to wait a while for your skin to heal. This will stretch out the process to multiple months. Regarding using a topical solution, you will have to wait for the tattooed layers of skin to get closer to the surface. Using a topical tattoo remover will help get rid of older layers of skin to make way for new layers of fresh skin all while preventing the new skin from developing pigment which gives the faded appearance.

After many months of using this method, the layers will get closer to the surface, and depending on a few variables such as the intricacy of the tattoo as well as what colors were used, the tattoo will start to fade.

In conclusion, the best tattoo removal cream or gel is one that is effective, safe, and affordable. However, that said, there are topical tattoo removers that rely on using the chemical skin peel TCA. This process does seem to work for some people, but has also caused additional skin trauma for others, which is why you need to be extra careful if you choose a product that includes this ingredient. You should also look out for the use of Hydroquinone which has been used in skin care products for many years, but has also been linked to the development of cancer as well as being banned throughout the world. Remember that if you choose to remove a tattoo at home you will need to understand that it will take an investment of time as well as patience.

What is the difference between gel, cream and foam cleansers?

I am currently using Neutrogena's Oil-Free Acne Wash, but I see that they have the same product in gel, cream and foam form. I'm not sure what kind is the best? I have sensitive skin, with an oily T-zone.

Ok first you need to Cleanse using a Cleanser for sensative skin. Espa's hydrating cleansing milk is a brilliant product as it contains no parfume only essential aroma oils to treat your problem Also a cheaper product is simple's own range but you need to use a clay mask that containing fullers earth an ingredience that absorbs excess oil only use it on oily patches.

Second answer gels are for very oily skins, Cream for dry to dehydrated skins and foam for normal to dehydrated skin . One peice of advise do not use acne wash on skin as they are harsh on the skin and destroy the protective layer called the acid mantle.
