First, wash your face, put on moisturizer, then the foundation, followed by the concealer and lastly the powder. Then you can follow the subsequent steps.

Step 1. Choose the eyeshadow that will enhance the color of your eyes. An eyeshadow lighter than your eyes color is better. Eyeshadow is applied to the upper eyelid area extending into the folds up to your brow bone. This must be followed by a sweeping action beneath the lower lashes starting from the outer to the inner corners of your eyes. Then again, a slightly darker but of the same shade can be applied to the lower lash line.

Black or dark brown pencil eyeliner must be applied to the upper lash line which must be close to the lashes. Start from the inner going to the outer corners of your eyes.

The inside rim of the lower lid must be lined with the same eyeliner color to add sharpness. Curl your lashes followed with two coats of black mascara.

Step 2 is to learn the techniques of putting drama in your eyes.

We will start with the cat eye technique. With a little practice, you will find that this is a very easy work. This is characterized by your eyeliner getting further than your natural lash line. If it is a clean look that you want to project, the eyeliner is applied as is. To get that sexy and sultry look, the eyeliner must be smudged and a dark eyeshadow to blend with it.

Prepare your skin as stated above.

Choose a base coat eyeshadow. It should be very light or of a neutral shade. A more strong or colorful shades can be used if you want to a bit daring. Brush the same color on your lower lash line.

If you are a neophyte, it is best to use a liquid/gel eyeliner. A pencil liner will also be a good thing to use. Using an angled liner makeup brush, apply the liquid/gel eyeliner and extend it to obtain the cat's eye effect. For added passion, a dark eyeshadow or a complimenting pencil liner can be used on the outer third of your lower lash.

Finally, two coats of black mascara must be applied. Using a few individual false lashes to the upper outer corner of the eye can be done for further sparkle.
