Focus Shadow

I find the idea of the "Shadow" endlessly fascinating. The Shadow contains the parts of yourself that you hide away as you create the acceptable and agreeable persona that you share out in the world. For every quality you present there is an equally weighted opposite quality that is shoved into your shadow. For example I am often described as nice, gentle, and peaceful. I call it my "don't rock the boat" qualities. But this persona means that I equally have parts to me that are mean, harsh, and turbulent. I'm sure my boyfriend in college was astonished when I threw a phone book at him (aimed to miss, but still!) I was astonished also.

If you don't find outlets for your shadow side, then it will pop up in embarrassing moments of emotional outbursts (the phone book launch), nightmares, addictions, or seeing the worst in others (when you project your shadow over there onto "THEM").

Just as your physical body regulates your body temperature to perfection; your psyche also maintains a perfect balance between your worldly persona and your shadow. As a Soul Coach I purposely create exercises for clients to embrace all aspects of themselves: those you cherish and those you shun. When you create safe and acceptable outlets for your shadow, then you gain access to its phenomenal energy (energy that is otherwise used to hold it at bay or deny it). You also access true JOY (not the sugary, superficial brand, but the all embracing, spoken of by poets, brand of joy). To be truly WHOLE you need to grapple and eventually accept these aspects that you have denied.

So enjoy your HALLOWEEN season. It comes (no coincidence) just before All Saints Day and is the perfect excuse to be "bad." Go for the devil or ghoul costume instead of the angel or fairy princess. Or be your favorite villain. And see what happens... The road to wholeness is the return trip from duality. Stop choosing sides and embrace it all. Our humanity (not perfection) is what truly unites each of us.

What attacks are good for a LV.60 Infernape?

My Infernape knows Focus blast/Shadow claw, Close Combat ,flame thrower... well I think it is not good enough.

If you're going with Close Combat, then remove Focus Blast. Same thing around. If you decide to stcik with Focus Blast, then remove Close Combat. It's no good carrying two moves of the same type on the same pokemon.

Your better off with these moves:
Focus Blast
Shadow Claw
Flamethrower
Stone Edge

I know there are better Stone Edge users in the list but Infernape quite fits in the category of users.Infernape is a Mixed Sweeper so it's better to stcik with both Physical and Special Attacks.
