No one can blame you if you find it hard to get over your ex girlfriend. It can be hard when the situation is pretty amicable, but when you really did not want things to end up the way that they did, it can be double the pain. A breakup with your girlfriend is nothing to to take lightly. You have to really get a grasp on how you feel and what you really want to do.

Sometimes the first reaction is to go after her and try as hard as you can to convince her to give things another chance. However, that is usually not a good thing to do at all. Most of the time, it will backfire and blow up in your face.

If you truly want to get back with her, if you want to be able to brush the hair back from her face when you kiss her one more time, then you have to proceed with caution. You have to do the things that will make your ex girlfriend want to be back where she belongs, in your arms again.

So, what are some steps that you can take to get your girlfriend back?

1. Practice a little mystery with her. Usually you will be able to get some contact with your ex girlfriend. When this happens, it can be natural to feel like you want to tell her everything, how you feel, and that you really know that you should be back with her. Fight this urge to tell her everything and practice a little mystery with her. Mysteriousness is alluring to a woman and telling her everything, well, it's the opposite of alluring.

2. Have a fun time being single. Take full advantage of having a little new found freedom. Go out and explore the world a little. Hit that trendy little club where all the sexy women hang out. Just don't allow yourself to become trapped in wanting to get back with her. A woman is more likely to get back with her boyfriend if he seems to be handling the breakup well than if he is a complete mess over the situation.

3. Attract her back using female psychology. Look, you don't have to become a bookworm and study all there is to know about female psychology. All you need to focus on is learning what those little triggers are that make her want you back. When you find them and then use them, you will be able to attract her back pretty easily.

I Have Trouble Sleeping?

This is my daily routine.. I'm tired all day and can't wait to get to bed. I brush my teeth, wash my face, brush my hair than lay down. My sister is extremely afraid of the dark and she keeps the television on without the volume because I hate the tv sound. I sleep on my side facing the wall and I'm an extremely stressed person who focus's on school more than anything and I have a hard family life so I usually think extremely too much while I try to sleep. I also have bad anxiety. It takes me 3-5 hours to fall asleep each night and I get up 2 hours before I'm suppose to every morning and than having to deal with my exhaustion all day long. This repeats every night and I'm sick of it. What's the problem and what can I do to fix this? Is there any sleeping tricks? Help please!
