I was wondering if you could help me.

10 months ago my left eyelid developed an infection and swelled up significantly, this was due me trimming me eylids using a toe clipper.
After 3 weeks the swelling reduced, however my eyelid was still swollen, so I was given some eye drop solution for my eyes.

Anyway that was 10 months ago, and my eyeld is still swollen (puffy) and neither of my eyes are symmetrical, in the morning the affected eye excretes some green fluid and sticks to my eyelashes.
I had a look at some photos of me 1 year ago and the difference is obvious, the eyelid is closed and hangs near my iris.

I've decided to do something about it, even considered inserting a pin in my eyelid to determine whether there is any fluid in there.

Could someone please disgnose what it could be.
