Questions about the bare escentuals full flawless face brush, and suggestions for a good replacement?

First of all how long should these brushes be lasting me?
My first full flawless brush fell apart because I didn't realize how often I needed to clean it, my second brush I washed about once every two weeks and it has lost its softness and shape as well =[
I might just be expecting too much from them =[ I want an even full but light coverage, maybe I am push down to hard while applying to hard to get that kind of coverage out of this brush? If that is the case then is there another brush I should be using?
Anyways since I need to replace this one should I just purchase another full flawless brush or do you guys have any better suggestions, mabye a different brand? (price does not matter)

I have that full flawless face brush and it's soft, but I've felt softer brushes before. If you clean it properly though and take care of it, it should last you a very long time. And don't apply hard, you need a soft hand with applying makeup.
