This week if he were alive, Leo Fender would have celebrated his 100th birthday...?
So in honour of all the fantastic guitarwork that was made possible through his various creations throughout his lifetime, what is your favourite piece of fretwork famously done on a Fender guitar?
For me, it has to be John Squire's on The Stone Roses classic track "I Am The Resurrection" where he worked his Stratocaster into a frenzie during the extended outro that ended The Stone Roses' debut album.

BA: Norman Watt-Roy's 16 nots a bar bassline on Ian Dury and the Blockheads classic "Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick" done on a Precision Bass if I remember correctly

BA2: The Precision Bass (In fact I've even sworn to myself that I'll use my old P-Bass for the rest of the week in Leo's honour, even if it isn't my usual favourite to play)
