Post-Op Lasik eye surgery info?

I had custom intralasik eye surgery done on my left eye and the day after the procedure my vision was 20/20 and I was able to read a few letters from row 20/15. now, about 10 days later my vision is 20/25 at this time. I understand that the vision fluctuates as the eye recovers but I would like to hear from other people what they experienced post-op. did your vision get better over time or stay constant etc....also how did you handle the dry eye situation? have any at all? any input is much appreciated!!

You really shouldn't be concerned about your ultimate visual acuity until about 30 days after your laser. After 30 days you'll have a much better idea where you're going to end up. Dryness is not at all uncommon. I'm sure your laser facility gave you lubricating eye drops to use. You need to use these often. And ultimately, don't worry. If you end up needing an enhancement to fine tune your results, most facilities will do this at no charge for the first year.
