There's a lot of talk regarding the AbCirclePro fitness machine. This is likely due to the heavy promotion for this exerciser and how it can help you to burn belly fat. But how does the Ab Circle Pro really work?

Basically, it has 2 positions:

1. You work the abs by rotating your body from side to side. This is called either a flexion movement or a crawl movement. It mainly targets the abs but if you do it fast enough, you're supposed to also get a cardio workout in the process.

2. By placing a special pin next to the right knee pad, you can adjust the Ab Circle Pro to work on your thighs and buns in what is known as the thigh and bun movement. This adjustment also allows you to do a more advanced flexion movement in which you rotate your body from side to side with both legs close together.

Your hands are always grabbing the handle bars at the far end of the machine, and your knees are always placed on the knee pads.

Of course, the main functionality is the ab exercises. These are supposed to help you tone your abs and with the cardio stimulation to induce a fast belly fat burning process.

Of course, not everyone will find this machine to be that strenuous. Each person has his or her own current fitness level, so it's difficult to know in advance how you will find the workout this machine delivers.

As for results, these change from person to person but a lot has to do with your lifestyle regardless of the AbCirclePro. If you workout regularly and eat right, you can get results. If you don't, you shouldn't expect a few minutes of working out with any machine to transform your body on its own.

What type of compact digital camera do you think is the best?

First, I had the Canon powershot pro 1, loved it for my close-up jewelry but I closed my biz and wanted a smaller compact camera, so I got the sony dsc-t700, that is the WORST camera ever, so many problems. Wait for the Nikon S70. You've had a great experience with Nikon, stick with it. You might write Sony and tell them how surprised you are that you got such bad service at a Sony service shop.
