By now you have heard about airbrush makeup, but you might have a few questions about how to use it. Today, I'm going to go over how it works and how you can use it to create a really beautiful, flawless look. Right off the bat, I want to tell you it is FUN and EASY. Let's get started! The equipment you should have:

1) Dinair Personal-Pro or Salon-Pro Air Compressor

2) Airbrush Wand

3) Hose

4) Power Source

5) Airbrush Makeup

6) Cleaner

7) Water

Airbrush Holder or Docking Jar

You might also want to have some eyebrow & lip stencils, tissues and Q-tips on hand but it is not required.

Before you start, make sure the face is clean and free of moisturizer. If the face has moisturizer on it, just make sure the application has had ample time to soak in.

Areas With Redness: If you need to cover a face with blemishes or general redness, do this step first.

1) Start out by mixing 1 drops of green adjuster to 2 drops of foundation color. 2) Mix it in the cup by covering the tip of the airbrush, blocking the airflow. 3) Press down on the lever to bring air up into the cup where it will bubble, mixing the two colors for a custom shade.

Once you have the correct color, hold the airbrush about 6 inches away from the face. As you press down on the lever, start moving your hand in a slow circular motion. In a continuous motion, push the lever down to bring air through the brush, and gently start to work the lever back. Pulling back on the airbrush lever causes the makeup to flow through the airbrush onto the face. Keep your hand moving as makeup comes out of the airbrush to avoid "hot spots" of makeup.

Apply to the red areas. The green will cancel out the red. Then follow the instructions for applying foundation. The finish will look smooth, even and natural.

To clear out the remaining foundation or to switch colors, just add a small amount of water into the cup and blow it out into a tissue until it runs clear.

With your clean airbrush, get out your foundation and make sure the color is correct. Adjusters can be added to create a custom color. To do this, just add 3-5 drops of the closest color, preferably on the lighter side. Add 1 or 2 drops of the next darker color and mix in the cup.

You will be shocked the first time you use airbrush makeup, at how precise the makeup lands on the face. It lands in a soft whisper that dries on contact with virtually NO overspray. Cover the whole face and neck to create a naturally smooth look.

Clean your airbrush with water to switch to blush. Now you can put a few drops of blush into the cup. No more than 3 drops will cover the cheeks and you can use the rest to warm up the forehead for a natural looking glow or use it as a lip color.

This time, your airbrush should be about 4 inches away from the face. A little closer than when you are applying foundation. Continue to move your arm as you bring air up into the airbrush and gently rock the lever back to release the blush. Move in slow strokes from the apple of the cheek up the natural curve of the cheekbone. It is recommended to go over the area a couple of times until you achieve the desired result.

Airbrush makeup dries on contact without powder and lasts up to 18 hours depending on if you use glamour foundation or corrective foundation. The glamour foundation is silicone free, water resistant and will last all day without touch ups. Corrective foundation is also silicone free, but it offers more complete coverage. It is used for people with acne, rosacea, birthmarks and lasts for up to 18 hours. Corrective foundation is also water proof, making it perfect for wedding makeup, TV and film.

Now you have a beautiful foundation and blush! One final note: airbrush foundation and blush tends to feel tight as it should since there is no moisturizer under the foundation. To loosen it without compromising the foundation, all you need is two drops of Squaleen, a moisturizer specially made for airbrush foundation, and spray it over the whole face. From here you can add eye liner, eye shadow and brows...all with your amazing airbrush.

Today I was gently touching my friend's arm and when I hugged him I brushed my arm against the back of his neck. I noticed something I never noticed before. It was such a strong senstation.
