What are the ways to grow hair naturally? There seems to be many remedies out there, from using eggs on your hair to applying honey on your tresses! In this article I will show you how to grow hair using natural remedies that have a proven n track record to work.

We will divide the remedies into two, internal remedies and external.

Internal remedies to grow a long mane all work by boosting the immune system. A healthy immune system is crucial for growing long tresses because the immune system controls all aspects of cell growth. Hair growth is one such growth. Therefore to make your immune system healthy you need to do the following:

- Sleep at least 8 hours a day and try to get as many power naps through out the day as possible.

- 30 minutes of cardio done three times a week is all you need for a healthy looking mane.

- Drink unpasteurized goat milk blended with walnuts. The mixture is a powerful immune system booster and will go a long way to awaken your hair follicles.

- Dandelion tea is great for boosting an immune system. Dandelion-the common weed is a very powerful antioxidant and will help you grow healthy mane.

- Take in at least 500mg per day of Biotin

- Vitamin B and C are important vitamins when it comes to growing hair.

- Consume Indian ginseng as it will help boost your immune system.

- And finally take in lots of protein to help build new keratin for fast hair growth.

The next few steps that follow are external measures proven to grow healthy tresses. When it comes to growing hair a clean scalp is clean. So do the following:

- Wash your hair at least twice a week with a natural shampoo. A cleans scalp means unclogged hair pores and a faster growing mane.

- Use a boar bristle brush to brush your hair and stimulate the growth of new tresses

- Apply a good hair oil called Mira oil. This oil has herbs that will promote blood flow to the scalp, stimulate new follicle development and it will also unclog your hair pores.

- Get a scalp massage to open up the pores and stimulate further blood flow to the scalp.

- Use an apple cider vinegar rinse to get rid of any product build up in your hair. Take one tablespoon of apple cider and mix with a liter of water. Use that as a rinse once you have shampooed your tresses.

This is how you grow hair naturally! Follow the steps religiously and you will have a longer mane you can be proud off

I just got a guinea pig for my birthday and I have a few questions...?

Well I bought her yesterday, and shes adorable! I've read a bunch of books and websites about them, so I know some info on them. But I still have some questions...
1. She has short hair, but has a natural mohawk. Is that normal, or should I be worried? (That seems like a silly question, but her littermate didn't have a mohawk so I'm just curious... =P)

2. She doesn't come out of her hut often, but will come out to eat and go to the bathroom. How can I get her to come out?

3. She knows how to drink from her water bottle, but she won't drink when she's inside her cage! She will drink when I hold her and feed her like you would with a baby goat or something... I've tried moving the water bottle, but nothing is working! Any ideas?

4. Whenever I hold her, pet her, or brush her, she makes a purring noise. It's really unusual to me. Does that mean she's happy?

Please help! Thanks!

Awwww I remember getting my first guinea pig! Yes the mohawk is normal.

1. Guinea pigs with mohawks are called Ridgeback guinea pigs.

2. She is adjusting to her new home but if you sprinkle hay all over her cage, I bet she will come out of her hut.

3. She is probably not thirsty. You could try picking her up and putting her right in front of her water bottle, so when she gets thirsty she can find it.

4. The purring is very sweet. They only purr when they are happy and usually only purr for someone they love.
