How do I get my hair to stay shiny and sleek?

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday, I cut my hair shoulder length after a shampoo and conditioning, sprayed some heat protection and used a blow dryer/brush and a round of flat iron to get it flat.
However it was still a bit frizzy, and when I woke up this morning it was nice and flat but still fluffy. Whenever I would get it professionally cut, it would look sleek and shiny and would stay flat until the next wash. Do you know how to get it sleek, shiny and to stay that way through the week? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

after you blow dry it, try using a hair straightener. alot of times it can take away the frizzyness. Also, after you have a blow dryed use a product like this to make it shiny/ less frizzy
