You want to do your own face make-up but don't know how. Well, here's make-up application in 5 easy steps. Follow the instructions and try them out. You will dazzle like a diva wherever you go.
Before you start off with the process, keep everything you need at hand. Some of the most important tools for face make up are: moisturiser; liquid foundation or base; ice cubes; compact powder; eye shadows; eye shadow applicator; eye liner; kohl or eye pencils; mascara; lipstick or lip colour; lip liner; lip brush; some basic rouge shades; tissue box.
Once you have all these cosmetics and make-up tools in place, you are ready to get started with your face-makeup. Before you start with any make-up consider the occasion, time of day and even the climate. Always go light on make-up if the temperature is higher. The 5 steps will turn you straight from the girl next door to the attractive that stays hidden inside you.
Foundation or base:
First apply moisturiser on your face and neck. Cover ears, nape and the portion your outfit`s neck is going to show. Wipe excess moisturiser. Now apply liquid foundation in dots across your face. Blend it in your skin and see that you cover all the flaws. Now quickly rub ice over your face to close the pores. Dab with a tissue. Now apply the compact powder. Remember to choose a liquid foundation and compact that is closest to your skin tone and colour.
Eyes:
Apply an eye shadow according to your outfit or the time of the day. Take a light shade if you are going to be in a bright place and take darker hues for the nights. Consider the occasion too. You can add some glitter if you are going to a party. If it's a quiet dinner then minus the glitter and just take a golden hue and blend with a colour that compliments your skin. Now apply eyeliner over your eyelids. If you have big eyes keep it thin. Run kohl along your eye rims. Now apply mascara on your eyelashes, both up and down.
Lips:
Begin with applying a lip liner on the edges of your lips. Make them shapely if you want. Fill in lip colour with a lip brush from the lipstick. Press lips on a tissue. Apply lip gloss. If it is an evening event apply a lip gloss that adds some sparkle to your lips and brings out the pout.
Blush on:
Take a basic rouge shades, either a rosy pink or warm brown. Roll a brush on it and apply it on the side of your cheeks with gentle strokes. Smile while you do so. Stroke the same brush lightly on your nose too. Avoid making circles or over using the use. You have to keep it natural yet bring out your best features.
Touch up:
Carry a lipstick, a lip gloss, some tissues, a small mirror and a compact powder with you when you leave your place. Give yourself a quick touch up if you are sweating off the face make-up or in any case if your make-up is wearing off.
A girl does not need to be taught dressing up. It is instinctive. While you are doing your face make-up you will discover many minor details on your own and you will customize the procedure according to your facial skin and features. Just ensure whatever you try looks good on you. Rather avoid it if you are unsure. You are now set to do your own face make-up. You sure will be the best girl!

Will law firms hire me if I have a small tattoo on my hand?
I am a prospective law student and I am wondering if a small tattoo on my left hand will hinder my ability to get a job at a law firm. It is a small tattoo of the roman numeral IV on the snuff-box of my left hand, and can possibly be hidden by makeup. Any opinions?
Depends on where you want to work. For the big firms, image is everything. And if a potential client sees that tattoo they might start to wonder about the firm, rightly or wrongly. If it can be covered with makeup, you're probably fine, but I would definitely do that if you're interviewing.
At much smaller firms and in most other positions it shouldn't matter that much. Just cover it when you go to court.

Are you proud of being an excellent multi-tasker? Do you thrive off the adrenaline rush that comes from doing at least 10 things at once? Maybe you feel like there's not enough time in the day to get everything done, so you never do just one thing at a time. It's hard not to do a lot of things at the same time, but new research shows that multi-tasking actually means you get less done and it's not done as well. The impact of multi-tasking on your health may take a while to show up, but according to yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy, this lack of focus creates Vata imbalance and keeps you from achieving optimal health.
Research Shows Multi-Tasking Is Less Efficient
In a 2009 Stanford University study, the researchers found that people considered to be high multi-taskers had an inability to ignore distractions and to keep things separate in their minds. They made more mistakes and their memory was poorer. It was suggested in this study that by doing less, you might accomplish more. The American Psychological Association also released a study about multi-tasking that revealed "that for all types of tasks, subjects lost time when they had to switch from one task to another, and time costs increased with the complexity of the tasks, so it took significantly longer to switch between more complex tasks. Thus, multi-tasking may seem more efficient on the surface, but may actually take more time in the end."
Multi-Tasking Is Impossible To Avoid In Motherhood
"In politics, if you want anything said, ask a man. If you want anything done, ask a woman."
- Margaret Thatcher, former prime minister of Great Britain
Madeleine Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State, described multitasking in relation to parenting as the "ability that comes from having one eye on the child while you try to talk to the plumber and worry about something else (like your doctoral dissertation) at the same time." Every mother knows that it is virtually impossible to only do one thing at a time when you're with your kids. It's more like being pulled in 1000 directions at once, and that's before you try to get some work done. Some speculate that there are differences in the male and female brain that enable moms, along with the help of some hormones, to be superb multi-taskers. The price Moms pay, unfortunately, can be extreme fatigue and forgetfulness. There's hardly any way around it, and it all gets done, but with a cost.
Ancient Yoga Philosophy Teaches The Virtues Of Concentration
"The mind is restless, turbulent and strong, as difficult to curb as the wind."
- Arjuna to Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita
Much of modern day Yoga practice is based on the classical Indian text,, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. In it, Patanjali defines "Yoga" as "the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind." The path of yoga is then described as having eight limbs (= Ashtanga Yoga), one of which is called "dharana." Dharana is translated as concentration, or fixing the consciousness on one point, and is considered essential for meditation. The inability to control the mind in this way is one of the causes of suffering. We've all experienced this. Sometimes we can't sleep because our minds are so active, or we worry about something all day. Yoga teaches us to pay attention to the breath to stay centered, focused, and grounded. This reins in the active mind and allows us to pursue the spiritual path.
How Multi-Tasking Impacts Our Health
When we do 10 things at the same time, it creates a lot of excitement in our nervous system. Our bodies actually go into a hyper mode to do it all. Ayurveda describes this as a wind stirring in our body. Wind is another word for Vata. People with Vata constitution tend to be hyper by nature (take it from me!) But anyone can get a Vata imbalance from doing too much for too long. This usually manifests as nervousness, anxiety, forgetfulness, insomnia, spaciness, possibly even low libido and back pain. Vata causes irregularity - could be in digestion, sleep, appetite, or sex drive. To balance Vata, it is important to not only treat with diet and herbs, but to also slow down, stay focused, keep to a routine, and do one thing at a time.
The One-Thing-At-A-Time Experiment
Before writing this blog post, I decided to try it myself to see if I could really do only one thing at a time. I'm used to talking on my cell phone while I'm doing the dishes while I'm doing the laundry while I'm drinking my tea. Or working on Bodhimed.com in between patients at my office while I catch up on paperwork. But I also remember the stillness of mind that I used to enjoy when I lived in an ashram and devoted myself to a slower and more contemplative pace. So I was confident that the payoff would be there. I spent a full day remembering to do only one thing at a time. I ate my lunch in complete silence, by myself with no computer or magazine. I not only got a lot done, but I really enjoyed every moment of the day. I felt calmer than usual, and as a result my kids were calmer too (yay!)

Is multi-tasking a good or bad habit?
Nowadays, if you can multi-task, it means you're more productive. Your employer will like you, and they can dump more work on you blah blah blah. You multi-task at work and get the jobs done, great. Your boss is happy and so is your pocket. However, I think multi-tasking is a bad habit to some extent because the more you multi-task, the more it becomes a habit, and you eventually will lose the ability to concentrate and focus. You will end up multi-tasking in your personal life and end up can't get anything done then we complain to people why we can't do/get this and that. A habit can be good and very evil. To get what we desire, concentration is vital. What do you think in your opinion?
Big-time multi-tasking is what has so many, many people in psychiatrist's offices. It means stressed-out, burned-out, and even physical ailments. Be careful not to overdo.

There is a basic flaw in the formula for Inkjet Inks, that flaw involves the coloring agent (being either a dye or pigment) and its ability to remain on the surface of the media it is applied to, and how to manage the rapid dispersal or evaporation of the carrier fluid. Commonly called Aquouse inks, or water base ink they consist of a mixture of water, glycol, dyes or pigments, and are commonly used in desktop printers located in the home or office.
The ink for inkjet printers is inexpensive and easily produced, but controlling it, on the surface of the media that it is applied to, has proven to be a difficult problem for manufactures to over come. Aquouse inks whilst they do provide the broadest spectrum of colors, are not water proof in their own right, and they tend to quickly fade when exposed to the light.
The inkjet ink cartridges that contain pigment based inks, are far more durable than those that contain dyes, and have proven to be resistant to UV light, these pigment based Aquouse inks, are generally of archival quality and are used when document longevity is an issue.
Another type of inkjet printer cartridge, will contain, what is known as "solvent ink" whose main ingredient consists of VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds). Their colors are achieved using pigments instead of dyes; they are used for their excellent fade and UV resistant properties.
The advantage of this type of solvent based ink, is in the cost of manufacturing, and its use in the production of flexible or vinyl billboards, banners and adhesive vehicle graphics. However, the disadvantages of these types of Inkjet Inks include, vapor produced by the solvents in the ink, and disposal of any used solvent, prints made using this technology have proved to be fade and water resistant, making them ideal for outdoor use, and with no need for any special over-coating to protect the finished product.
The high printing speeds obtained using this technology requires special drying applications; these may consist of a combination of heaters and blowers, where the media is heated before and after the application of the solvent ink.
Solvent inks can be divided into 2 category's
Hard solvent ink
Offers durability with out over-coating but requires specialized ventilation systems due to the harmful fumes given of during the printing process.
Mild or Eco solvent ink
Still not as safe as Aquouse ink, they are intended for use in enclosed spaces and do not require the use of specialized ventilation systems. These mild solvent inks have gained market share in the last few years due to their increasing durability and reduction in manufacturing costs.
UV-Curable Inks
Consisting mainly of acrylic monomers with an initiator this type of ink is cured by exposure to ultra violet light. As soon as exposure to UV light has taken place the ink can be considered as dry, it can be applied to a wide range of untreated materials, the image produced using this technology should be considered as very robust, the disadvantage of this type of printing is the cost to produce the finished image, and the significant amount of ink that is actually used, plus it susceptibility to cracking if used on any flexible kind of medium.
Due to these traits it is generally used on large flatbed printers and printed directly onto any rigid media such as wood plastic or aluminum were the flexibility of the medium is not a concern.
Dye sublimation inks:
Used in a hot printing process, the ink converts to a gas state without changing from a solid to a liquid (sublimation), printing on fabrics, it renders the finished image waterproof, durable, and has found its niche in the Tee shirt printing industry.

Im going thru my pictures on my pc to make a movie and some are small. When I zoom in I can start seeing....?
...the color pigments, like when you get close to a television and you start seeing the little color (pigment) squares. I want to make some pictures bigger but I dont know how to make them bigger without seeing the squares. Of course the further you stand away from the picture, the more you can see the actual picture, somewhat like a television, you put your eye to it,you cant see the screen but when you move away the more you can start seeing the picture better.
Is there an option on making a picture bigger while losing the pigment squares? Or can someone give me any suggestions on how to greatly reduce the visible color pigments? If the picture is black & white of course it wont show the 'color' pigments but I can still see the squares the more I make the picture bigger.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
They are called pixels. If you try to enlarge a low resolution image it will become pixelated. You can always size down, but not up. The only solution is to find the original source file or photo. If they're from print photos you'll need to re scan at the proper size.

When our homes are plagued by flooding, leaking and other disasters which lead to the unwanted entry of water, we find ourselves weighed down with the problem of having a wet carpet. Having a wet carpet is a big inconvenience. After all, the presence of water in the carpet can be very destructive. Since the material from which carpets are usually made is absorbent, the moisture stays in there for a long time. This can encourage the growth and reproduction of molds and mildew. To avoid the further deterioration of the carpet, it is important to dry the carpet right after it comes in contact with water.
Being confronted with a problem like this tempts us to pick up the phone and call our resident professional carpet cleaners at once. Homeowners who have encountered a water carpet problem more than once probably have the carpet cleaners' number on speed dial. But while this is undeniably the easiest and most convenient way to address the predicament, this remedy also comes with a steep price. Hiring professionals to do the job may save your hands the dirty job but it will definitely hurt your wallet. Thus, you can follow these easy, do-it-yourself tricks and save both your carpet and your savings account.
1. Assess the damage
Before making any rash decision, take a step back and evaluate the extent of water damage on your carpet. If the carpet is only slightly wet, you can let it dry normally for a few hours. But if the carpet is completely saturated, you have to use a vacuum to dry it. Knowing the problem will make it easier to choose the most efficient remedy.
2. Vacuum the saturated areas
If you find the carpet to be very wet, take out that vacuum in the closet. Dry all the affected areas of the carpet. Focus on those that have been greatly affected by the flooding or leaking. Take breaks if necessary, put do not put the vacuum away until the carpet is completely dry.
3. Use other drying equipment
If using the vacuum is not enough to dry the carpet or if it is taking an unusually long time, you can also use electric fans and dehumidifiers. These two equipments work by sucking out the moisture and allowing it to evaporate. You can, however, skip this step if you do not have the equipments at home. There is no need to rent or purchase them.
4. Take the carpet out to the sun
After doing this, you can now remove the carpet from its tacks so that you can bring it out for air drying. You can leave the carpet in the driveway or in the yard to allow the sun and wind to speed up the drying process. Let the carpet lie flat so that it will not have wrinkles or waves once it dries out. Choose a location that has a wide open space and where nothing blocks the wind and the sunlight.
5. Clean and disinfect
Once the carpet is dry, you can now move on to making a thorough inspection of all its parts. Look for any remaining stain and dirt. If you want make sure that the carpet is completely germ-free, apply a deodorizing or sanitizing solution. This is important especially if the carpet has been submerged in flood waters which carry with them many germs and bacteria. It is necessary to disinfect the carpet to avoid the spread of diseases among the home's residents.
6. Always be safe
A wet carpet can be a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. Practice safety and hygiene when you do the cleaning yourself. Wear hand gloves and face masks if necessary.
These are six easy ways to clean a wet carpet. There is no need to shell out a huge amount of money in hiring professional cleaners. All that are needed are regular home appliances and extra effort on your part in order to save your wet carpet.

What keeps an aquarium wet dry filter from overflowing?
I want to add a wet dry filter to my aquarium, how is the flow regulated? i have a 390 gph pump, how do i get the water coming out at exactly 390gph?
you do not worry about getting the water out at any flow rate. The water will only flow out as fast as it is pumped in. If you buy a wet dry filter you need a overflow box if your tank does not have a build in overflow.
Here is one that includes the overflow. It is a very good value IMO>

Eyes are regarded as most beautiful feature of a person and they actually reflect one's personality and real self. A woman's handbag or purse is always full of essential products for makeup. Eye shadow, mascaras, eye liner are its essential parts. Every woman wants to enhance beauty of her eyes with perfect eye makeup that can make her eyes look all-the-more impressive and beautiful.
Today there are wide varieties of brands, which offer best quality make up products. Stila, Dior, Chanel, NARS Cosmetics, MAC Cosmetics, Givenchy, Smashbox, and Bare Escentuals are some famous brands whose eye makeup products have gained popularity worldwide. But the most important thing to be considered is, an eye makeup should be applied in a proper way. Even a best quality and very costly makeup product can look disastrous, if not applied properly.
So, here are some tips on how to apply eye makeup perfectly:
Eye Shadow:
Eye shadow should be chosen with utmost care and it must be of good quality. Once you have right eye shadow, apply it perfectly. Start with primary color, which should be dark and apply it on whole of your eyelid for better effect. Then apply lighter shade of eye shadow above the primary shade, right below your eyebrows. Choose shade matching with your outfit and if you're wearing colorful dress then use multi-color eye shadow for a funky look.
Mascara:
In order to add beauty to natural eye lashes, most girls use mascara. Mascara is best way of making lashes look long, curvy, dark and thick. Applying mascara is not difficult but it needs to be applied in best way possible. Mascara, which is generally black in color, is applied from base to tip of eyelashes giving it a little curl. It should be done in a single stroke. At the most 2 coats of mascara should be applied, otherwise it will look ponderous.
Eyeliner:
In past black color was king when it comes to choosing a color for eye liner but today a lot of colored eyeliners are available. You can choose the one matching with color of your outfit or eyes, but if you're wearing multi-colored dress then go for black eyeliner. Eyeliners come in powder, pencil and liquid form and can be applied just above or below the eyes. The best way of applying eyeliner is to start from the inside corner of your eye to the outside in one stroke. Eyeliner should be applied after eye shadow and mascara leading to a complete eye makeup. Gel-based eyeliners are gaining much popularity these days for their easy application and long wear ability.
It's true that beauty lies in eyes of beholder but it's also important to make yourself presentable. A trendy dress according to latest trend with perfect fashion jewelry along with designer footwear can do wonders but one thing that creates all the difference and adds more charm to personality is a perfect makeup. In today's tedious, taking lot of time out for makeup is little difficult but a perfect eye makeup can solve this problem as it takes very less time.

Does makeup really cover natural beauty just like some people are implying?
Or it just depends on how one applies it? I don't understand women who mention "natural beauty" when makeup is mentioned. I don't care what men say about makeup since they're not the ones wearing it. But what's the bitterness behind women who don't wear makeup towards women who wear makeup? If they don't know how to apply makeup, or they don't have fashion sense at all, they should say so, instead of making an excuse that they prefer "natural beauty". I really don't understand their aversion towards makeup and women wearing it. They act as if makeup is permanent like a boob job.
I like the way you look at things! I don't see makeup as a bad thing like some men do. There are ways to wear makeup and make it look like your not wearing any at all. I think it just depends on how it is applied. So no, in my opinion make up doesnt cover naturally beauty. I used to wear alot of makeup, I don't so much now not because I think it's trashy or nothing like that. It's just my aunt told me in the long run it messes up your face. I believe her because she has the craters and scars to prove it.

Art nudes in paintings have witnessed varying degrees of acceptability in different cultures throughout history. It is true that the acceptability of nude art is largely influenced by the morality and aesthetics of the prevalent society. Also, certain cultures are more open to fine art nude than nudity in real life.
Changing Depictions of Art Nudes
Nude art has always been prevalent in our society, starting in prehistoric times. However, the major difference is that while earlier it served religious purposes, it is now more about aesthetics.
Fine art nude generally refers to the depiction of artistic elements of nudity, rather than its provocative form (naked). In Europe, art nudes between the medieval period to the late 1800s almost never had any sexual overtones. In the 19th century France, where nudity was quite prevalent, classical nudity was acceptable to the general public.
The earliest depiction of the nude male form in classical art dates back to the fifth century BC, and the female form to the late classical period in Greek art. Archaic Greek art represented deities and heroes in heroic nudity, which continued in the Roman and classical periods. Even the Renaissance and Pre-Raphaelite artists depicted the beauty and sensuality of the human form.
However, the changing societal attitudes changed the perception of art nudes. For example, the famous Renaissance paintings of Michel Angelo were covered with fig leaves to protest against art nudes. Also, the Western society is perceived to be less open to accepting art nudes than other societies.
Different Roles of Male and Female Nudes
Since the early days, male and female nudes played different roles. While the male nude in Greek art symbolized ideal and real-life heroes, and the homoeroticism of the society, female nudes usually depicted the goddess of love, Aphrodite. This difference arose from the inappropriateness associated with the depiction of nude female forms. In fact, this double standard in fine art nude continues to this day.
However, in Italy, the respectability for nude art surged, starting the 13th century till the current times. The idealized nude was used for depicting heroism, virtue and for important religious and historical scenes. The depiction of female nudes became prominent in the British and French art as well, during the 19th century.
In the 20th century, male nude art obtained a new perspective with gay liberation, as depicted in Robert Mapplethorpe's works. It is believed that the fine art nude helps us get an insight into ourselves and the humanity.
Styles of Fine Art Nudes
Fine art nudes have been depicted through different mediums in different styles. The most prominent nude art styles are figurative and abstract. Irrespective of the style, the creativity and sensuality of the paintings is what make them aesthetic and appealing.

There are many reasons why you might want to learn to cut hair at home. We all like to save money and a visit to the salon can be an expensive affair these days, or maybe you see cutting hair as a nice and easy way to earn a little cash on the side. In any case, I am glad to be able to tell you that cutting your own hair - or other peoples - is not actually as hard as it seems.
This short article will tell you the basics and then show you how you can go on to make a really professional job of cutting hair.
Every tradesman needs a good set of tools and you are no exception so first up get a set of hair clippers and a pair of hairdressers scissors. Don't shell out on expensive brands, unless you really want to, just get some that feel good to you. You should ensure that the razor comes with plenty of guide combs which will enable you to cut hair at home to a variety of different lengths as well as a range of different hair types.
Once you have your clippers make sure you oil them up. Next, we turn our attention to the victim - I mean the customer - make sure they have washed their hair and dried it as you want the hair to be clean but not wet as this will clog up your clippers. When you cut hair at home and not in a salon you have to ensure you have plenty of room to work. You must ensure that you can reach all parts of the head at a variety of angles to ensure a clean smooth cut. When you have cut the hair to the desired length and style, remember to tidy up, remove the guides of the clipper and razor trim the sideburns.
Practice makes perfect when trying to cut hair at home, don't worry if its not perfect first time - as long as your customer doesn't mind either of course. I have only touched on the basic of course, but there I would recommend that you get a good guide on how to cut hair at home, just follow one of my links to the best one I know of.
Thank You

If you use mineral foundation or any other mineral makeup it is very important for you to clean your brushes at least once every week, you will also need to make sure that you clean your mineral makeup brushes the right way so they do not become misshapen or start to loose hair. If you apply your mineral foundation powder time after time with the same brush without ever washing it you are in danger of suffering from breakouts associated with bacterial build up and a dull looking skin.
You might not see it, but dead skin and oil builds up on your brushes each time you use them, oily old brushes will make your mineral foundation powder and other mineral powders look pasty.
The best brush for applying your mineral foundation is a kabuki brush, these brushes are made from sable hair, squirrel hair, goat hair etc. The dome shaped hairs in the brushes hold the minerals better for a more even application. The animals are groomed to get the hairs, this way there is usually no cruelty to the animal. Not all kabuki brushes are made from animal hair though; some are made from taklon and a few other synthetic materials, it is important to know the material from which your kabuki brush is made as this will help to determine the method to use when washing.
To wash your natural bristle mineral makeup brush, pour a little shampoo, hand wash soap or any antibacterial in a bowl and add some warm water. Then swirl the soap and water together before swirling your bristles in the soapy water, take care not to wet the handle or soak the handle. Keep swirling your bristles in the soapy water for about 2 minutes. Empty the bowl and add some warm clean water then swirl your bristles in the water for about a minute repeating the process and changing the water until it is devoid of bubbles (you need to make sure you use only a little soap in the first process or else you would find that it is soapier than you wanted and would need a lot more rinsing!). Shake off the excess water and lie flat on a clean surface (do not stand your brush on the handle when wet as water might loosen the glue holding the bristles in place).
If your brush is made from a synthetic material you will need to be careful when washing as they easily get misshapen, you will need to hold the bristles (lightly) with a rubber band before following the process above this will ensure the bristles keep their shape. Take off rubber band when dry.

We all know how damaging the sun can be. You may walk away from the beach with a suntan, but that's not all you're getting. Excessive sun exposure is responsible for most of the skin damage associated with aging. This damage accumulates slowly over time and starts at an early age. Much of the skin damage is merely cosmetic, but some effects, such as skin cancer, are more serious.
This is why I highly recommend bronzers. Bronzers refer to both sunless tanning creams/sprays and powders used strategically on the face and/or body to get a sunny glow. In this article however, I will focus on facial powder bronzers.
Bronzers today, create a more natural glow and, contrary to popular belief, are not only for darker skin tones and can be worn year round. They mimic the warm golden cast of the sun. Some of the benefits of using a facial bronzer include attaining a tan-like look without the harmful effects (wrinkles, sunspots, sunburn and skin cancer) of the sun. The end effect is a fun, healthy glow that can enhance all skin tones. Best of all, it washes off at the end of the day and can be touched up at any given time.
CHOOSING A BRONZER
Choose a shade that's no more than two shades darker than your skin.
Fair: Choose a honey colored bronzer. Also, if you're fair and sunburn easily, peach or pink bronzers are another great choice. For pale skin, stay away from orange or amber-toned products, they will make your golden glow look too unnatural.
Medium: Choose a rose-bronze or gold flecked bronzer. Copper shades are also nice on olive skin tones.
Dark: Select an amber bronzer powder to highlight the golden undertones associated with most dark skin tones. Apply to cheekbones only, not cheeks.
HOW TO APPLY BRONZER
Apply bronzer where the sun would normally warm the face, such as on tops of cheekbones, temples, bridge of nose and tip of chin. Avoid mixing bronzer into foundation or applying all over the face. To ensure proper application, be sure to use a large makeup brush with longer bristles.
BRONZER TIPS
1 - Bronzer alone can appear dull. For a dewy look, apply cream blush to the apples of your cheeks. The combination of bronzer and cream blush is absolutely gorgeous.
According to makeup artist Bobbi Brown, bronzer looks best on days you don't wear a lot of foundation.
2 - Keep foundation to a minimum when applying bronzer as this can make your complexion too orange and "dirty" when the bronzer is applied. Apply a little tinted moisturizer if you must.
3 - Apply a little pink blusher to your cheeks as well to give a more natural looking glow.
4 - You must apply bronzer with the correct kind of brush - a wide and fluffy powder brush will work best. My favourite bronzer brushes are big, thick and soft with LONG bristles. This ensures an even application without harsh lines.
5 - When applying any kind of bronzer, it is best to start with a light application and build from there. If you make a mistake and apply too much, wipe off with some cotton wool or apply some light face powder on top to lighten the colour.
that are for oily skin , its like you use it when your face gets oily and its takes the oil out .
