Please recommend me some cleansing or facial wash to control pimples-breakout?
I have a feeling a breakout is coming. Of course, I am using pimple-creams and such to tackle it.
I wonder what are some good cleansing or facial wash out there. Can someone give me some recommendations? I thought of buying Clearasil Ultra Cleansing Gel but I heard there are lots of bad reviews on it.
note: I have oily skin
I would definitely suggest you try SWISS glutathione bar. Its actually a soap intended for skin lightening but it really works well against pimples and the maks they leave behind! it dries them out easily in just 2-3days! a lot of people buy it for that purpose even if they dont have to lighten their skin. check out

What is the best way to naturally correct gray hair, such as, is it a mineral that is depleted in the body, or
missing? I am tired to dye my hair, and the chemicals are awful, even in the natural hair products, what are other options?
I've found some information from this webpage right here.. http://www.lifex.com/appear.html
You'll need to scroll down to where it says this: Replacing the Hair's Pigment
We all know that melanin pigment is the natural coloring factor in hair; and that it is identical in all colors of hair. The only difference between chestnut brown and platinum blond hair is the amount of melanin. With aging this amount of melanin decreases. Complete absence of it results in no color or "white" hair.
You can read the rest of the information when you get to that point. I hope this helps. : )

Indeed, I guess you can say goodbye to Dubai, or so the international banking community says, and it's not as if this economic crisis was unexpected. After all, most of the large building projects going on in Dubai right now have been stopped, most of the workers have left to go back to their own countries, and the default rates on all the homes for all the workers are more than significant.
Indeed, there was one report that said the nation was putting people in debtor's prison who didn't pay for their mortgages even though the homes had lost over 50% of their value, and so they had staged police at the airport and are checking the names of anyone leaving against the debts they owe to the banks of the country. That's a scary thought. You come to work in another nation, and since you will be there for a while building their great city, you buy a residence, and then the fake economy totally collapses, and they put you in debtor's prison for not paying.
Do you ever wonder who is ensuring the "credit default swaps" or have you asked why Dubai's Sovereign Wealth Fund on a scale of 1 to 10 for transparency shows up as the "two" while most all of the funds of the rest of the first world nations are at 9, 10, 10+, or even 11? So, now we are told on the world financial news that the whole Dubai default is overblown, by whom; those who are in charge of the economy there; how convenient indeed, more of the same, you'd think they were in Egypt; de-Nile, get it?
This is all very interesting because we were told not to worry about it, that everything was going great in Dubai, and they had more than enough liquidity throughout 2008 and 2009, ah, but now it all hits the fan; surprise, surprise, surprise? No, not I.
But now they have no liquidity at all? That is indeed some interesting double talk. Nevertheless, desperate folks, do very desperate things and not long ago a financial analyst suggested that one of the fires in one of the large buildings which was incomplete was set by arson, but why; to collect on the insurance I ask? Don't you dare accuse?
Why not, it's a simple enough question, isn't it, come on there is motive and it's not like these things have not happened before. Indeed, the fire, well, it's still under investigation. But who is to say that there wouldn't be a fake terrorist attack in Dubai, and thus, they could use that as an excuse for the economic collapse of their city?
Although that sounds like outrageous speculation, and I was blown away that someone would even mention this on the world financial news, the topic did not surprise me, because I remember recently a large building in Shanghai, also caught fire, and it was in serious financial trouble also. Remember, desperate people, do desperate things. And although I am not one to speculate on the reality of any of this, I found those comments troubling and utterly revealing of just how bad the situation "might" actually be.
And, it begs of the question, where or which nation-state, sovereign wealth fund, or city is next to default? Indeed, I doubt there is a world economic analysts out there, who has not considered some of the same things. Please consider all this.

For many women these days a huge percentage of our time is spent at work. Those of us who get to choose our work attire should not underestimate the power of the image we portray. The way we look at work will undoubtedly have a direct influence on our networking opportunities, the relationships we make with our peers, and may even determine how seriously we are taken by our superiors.
Dressing for the office can be a daily challenge, whether you are hoping to get a raise, catch the eye of a colleague, or clinch that deal with a tricky client, your image choices are constantly influencing how successful you are at work. In this article we would like to share some tips on how to get the most from your wardrobe and help you move on in the work place.
It is well documented that 50-75% of all our communication is non-verbal, the majority of the rest is visual, with attire and body language coming high on the list! If you are feeling confident in your look then your body language and posture will naturally be greatly improved, this should prove a great way to start making the most of your image at work.
Whatever your current style says to those around you, for most of us there is room for improvement, even if you are a model employee!
Try following these simple steps to ensure you are saying something positive to the people you work with, without even opening your mouth:
o Plan ahead: Come on girls, get organised! Decide on your outfit the day before work and preferably have it laid out ready to put on in the morning. This will not only ensure that you avoid those last minute bad choices but will also make your morning far less stressful.
o Iron it: There is no excuse for looking like you've just woken up in today's outfit and rolled in to work. Ensure that your clothing is washed and pressed before you leave the house.
o Keep it classic: Classic lines create a timeless and stylish silhouette and we recommend them as a fantastic way to project a professional, competent and stylish appearance.
o Traditional colours: Combine use of traditional and neutral colours as a basis for your working wardrobe. Navy is associated with trustworthiness, grey is conservative, black with chic, and white will compliment any of these. Remember that black and navy should never be worn together!
o Introducing other Colours: Introduce other colours into your look if you feel confident to do so, with a (preferably structured) handbag, or some appropriate heels. Pastels and neutrals are safest, but, if you think you can pull it off, an accessory in this season's berry shades could look fabulous. Brights and prints can be harder to adapt for office wear, so choose wisely and please remember that red can appear aggressive or confrontational.
o Attention to detail: Style your hair, look after your nails (varnish with a clear or neutral polish), keep your shoes clean, accessorise carefully with a statement necklace or ring to acknowledge the latest trend, carry spare hosiery to avoid unsightly runs (a great tip is to spray hosieries with hairspray before wearing, which will actually protect against runs).
o Expect the unexpected: Let's face it, the weather could do anything on any given day (and so could your boss!), so be prepared for unscheduled meetings or being caught in a sudden heat wave or downpour. Try to go to work equipped with as many as possible, of the following: a compact umbrella, sunglasses, compact hairbrush, hairclip, compact deodorant, breath mints and emergency make up kit (see below), or even better leave these items permanently at work, along with a Mac and some flats for any unexpected challenges!
o Emergency make up kit: Your favourite make up wipes, concealer, mascara, eye pencil, lip stain/gloss, blush - as compact as possible and kept in a washable bag for hygiene.
And once you've mastered the art of office chic, all you will have to worry about is making sure you have enough time for all the new engagements you will be involved in!

blonde joke?
a blonde woman is driving over the speed limit, and gets pulled over by a blonde police woman. the policewoman steps out of her car and goes over to the blonde driver. she says" may i see your driver's license please?" the blonde woman looks blank and goes " im terribly sorry, but im not sure what you mean." the police woman goes " a driver's license is a card that has a picture of you on it." the blonde driver thinks, then gets a compact mirror out of her handbag. she looks in the mirror, and then says " well i can see myself in this , so this must be my driver's license." she shows it to the blonde police officer and the officer holds it and looks in it. she says" well if you told me you were a police woman then you shouldve said!"

No topic triggers more opinions than child-rearing, from newborn to beyond college graduation. Experts stand at polar opposites on a number of issues, and the concept of co-sleeping is no exception.
Co-sleeping -
when newborns and young children sleep in or right next to the parents' bed - is more widely practiced outside the U.S., but the trend is growing with new parents here in the states. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission warns against it, but many pediatricians, breast-feeding advocates and others disagree with the commission's recommendation.
Is co-sleeping right for you? Here are some pros and cons to help you decide.
Pros:
The baby will sense your presence. By being close by, you can respond emotionally and physiologically to baby's needs.
Babies tend to breast feed more often with less disruption to mothers sleep. Recent studies show both co-sleeping mother and breast-feeding babies receive more sleep than solitary sleeping babies.
Studies have shown that co-sleeping babies arouse more frequently, but for shorter average durations than if the baby slept apart, and they cry significantly less, leaving more energy for growth and development.
More breast feeding, which accompanies co-sleeping, also can be translated into less disease.
Being nearby enables the parents to respond to changes in the baby's status, like choking, struggling to breathe or trying to rid itself of blankets over its head.
Working mothers who feel guilty not spending quality time with their baby during the day can feel more nurturing by being close to and interacting with baby during the night. The same is true for fathers. With the proper safety and environment, co-sleeping can be extremely beneficial for the family.
Cons:
The family bed or co-sleeping puts a damper on Mom and Dad's private time and intimacy. Forget spontaneous lovemaking.
Some parents use co-sleeping to avoid addressing serious problems in their marital relationship, giving the couple a false sense of security in their marriage.
If co-sleeping goes on too long, husbands and wives have difficulty adjusting to sleeping together when the child finally begins solitary sleeping.
Many parents think children either don't hear them making love or are too young to know what's going on. Wrong. To children, lovemaking sounds like fighting and inflicting pain.
Babies and toddlers who share a room with their parents may need Mom and Dad present to fall asleep long after co-sleeping is discontinued.
Because some single mothers are literally afraid to sleep alone at nights, they sleep with their little ones in the bed. This is unhealthy for both mother and child.
The constant movement or noise of the baby can interfere with the parents' ability to get a good night's sleep, and they wake up exhausted in the morning.
Suffocation and strangulation are real dangers that can be caused by an adult rolling on top of the baby, too much soft bedding (quilts, pillows and blankets) and rigid object that can trap baby's head.
Co-sleeping? There's a lot of information out there, both pro and con. For your baby's sake, do your research before you decide. Sleep well - and happy.

I am 5 weeks pregnant and briefly inhaled Pro Block primer while on a walk. Could that harm the baby?
Someone was spraying it in their house, and it was really windy out. I cannot believe how strong it was. I tried to hold my breath and run through it as fast as I could. I had a miscarriage about 2 months ago, and now that I am pregnant again, I am so paranoid and scared.
I know it's nerveracking, but try to relax. There wouldn't be billions of people on this Earth if smelling something bad for 3 seconds caused miscarriages... People smoke crack and their babies still survive (seems so unfair when it's us good folks having the miscarriage, huh?!).

Is it harmful to brush your teeth after drinking a soft drink?
My dentist was telling me that i need to cut down on soft drinks like coke if i was to have good teeth. Well Lately i have been brushing my teeth after drinking a coke to prevent decay. But now my sister has some deluded view that doing this is 'pushing the suger deeper into the teeth' and that i should stop doing this. I was just wondering if this is the case? Thanks.
Sugary carbonated drinks like coke are doubly bad for teeth! The high sugar content provides food for bacteria to utilise to create acids -> decay!
Additionally, the acid nature of these drinks softens the enamel of the teeth (basically calcium - like chalk) when you brush straight afterwards, you are brushing off all the enamel that has been nicely softened by the coke. Eventually you will brush away all the enamel. Once dentine (the layer under enamel) is exposed - you are prone to sensitivity and decay.
To avoid this, you could rinse with lots of water after drinking these drinks. I've heard that coke zero and other no-sugar soft drinks are even more acidic than normal coke, but I haven't verified this.
So, to answer your question, it doesn't 'push the sugar deeper into the teeth' - but it does contribute to another form of tooth loss. You are abrading the softened enamel with your toothbrush, as well as erosion caused by the acidic coke. 2 of the 4 means of non-cariogenic tooth surface loss.

The DeWalt DC390 is a 18V cordless circular caw (and is the tool only). The saw uses 6-1/2 inch carbide tipped blade for 2x cutting capacity at 90 and 45 degrees. It has high strength magnesium shoe and upper guard provides increased durability. 0-50 degree bevel capacity provides additional capacity for a multitude of applications. It features fan-cooled motor with replaceable brushes for maximum...
The history of the telescope makes for interesting reading. During the development of the telescope, practical experiments with reflectors had already begun in 1639, but it was not until 1663 that they gained any prominence.
The Gregorian Telescope
In that year a Scottish mathematician, James Gregory, at the age of 24, published a treatise entitled Optica Promota. In this he gave a description of a compound reflecting telescope employing two concave specula (metal mirrors). The larger one was to be perforated, and to have a paraboloidal surface; the smaller was to be ellipsoidal. High magnification could be had with this instrument, the second reflection amplifying the focal length of the primary in the ratio of fs to Fs.
Construction of the telescope was undertaken, but whatever chance it may have had of performing creditably was lost by polishing the speculum on a cloth lap - putty (tin oxide) being used as the polishing agent. The unyielding lap was an insurmountable barrier to parabolizing, interest apparently ebbed, and about 60 years were to elapse before a workable model was finally produced.
The Cassegrainian Telescope
Sieur Cassegrain, a Frenchman, in 1672 designed a second compound reflector, differing from Gregory's in that it employed a convex secondary, to be of hyperboloidal figure, placed inside of the focus of the paraboloidal primary .
While the Gregorian is seen to be capable of higher magnification, all that is necessary can be had from the Cassegrainian, and it has the advantage of being a much more compact instrument. Although little was heard of this telescope for the next two centuries, it is worth observing that it survived the Gregorian, and is still widely used in observatories.
The Newtonian Telescope
The history of the telescope takes an interesting turn at this point. In the same year, Newton designed and constructed two small reflectors, of the type so popular with amateur astronomers today and which still bears his name. They were not large, as we know telescopes today, the effective apertures of the concave specula being about 1 1/3". Their focal length was 6", making the focal ratio f/4.5.6
Newton, according to his Opticks (1704), polished his specula on pitch, using putty as the polishing agent. His methods were ingeniously calculated to yield a spherical surface, and it is quite probable that a close approach to that figure was attained. But the performance of even a spherical mirror of the proportions of Newton's could hardly be satisfactory because of the great amount of spherical aberration present.
Although Newton thought that his mirror might fail of good definition, he "despaired of doing the work" (parabolizing the speculum), yet he "doubted not but that the thing might in some measure be accomplished by mechanical devices."
It might be concluded that if the center of the mirror were properly deepened, that is, given a shorter radius, or if the radii of the outer zones were progressively lengthened, or if a little of each were done, all the reflected rays could be brought to a common focus. That is a practical solution, and the resulting surface in each instance is a paraboloid.
The standard practice is to deepen the spherical mirror so that, for a 6-inch f/8 mirror, the glass removed in the operation is but half a wave length of light in thickness at the center. Incredible though it seems, this represents the difference between poor and good definition.
The single-lens eyepiece of Kepler's had already been improved, with the addition of another element, by Christian Huygens, a Dutch astronomer and mathematician, about the year 1650. The field lens, like Galileo's concave lens, is placed before the focal plane of the objective. As it is convex, however, it further converges the rays to form' a slightly smaller image in a new focal plane, which is then magnified by the eye lens. Thus, a much wider field of view is encompassed by the eyepiece.
These were important developments in the history of the telescope on the way to our present-day powerful telescopes

hi,
i have been using clinique compact foundation(circle one),but recently the mirror inside, broke.
i still have three quarter of foundation left, but looking at net,it seems that i have to buy compact along with foundation.
has anyone bought compact on its own,or know if possible to do so?
thanks!
Hi i used to work at the clinique counter and I believe you have one of the following because you own a pressed foundation compact:
-superbalanced
-superpowder double face
-almost powder
-clarifying powder
-perfectly real
the only one that you could actually buy the refill for is the city base compact foundation..
