how do I apply collection 2000 dazzle me eye dust?
I have a few collection 2000 dazzle me eye dust and have tried appliying them with wetting my brush, it gives a beautiful result but when the water dries the shine disapears, also everytimes I blink i can see dust falling off, its like its snowing on my eyes. I tried to apply vasaline on the eyelid and then the eye dust, it gives a good result but you can see the creases.

Plumping lip glosses work in two different ways; they use a natural reaction to an irritant, like cinnamon, to swell your lips. Or they have collagen which fills in the lines of your lips and gives the appearance of fuller lips. While some plumping glosses have a lot of color, and gloss, many can make your lips seemed too full. It's best to find a gloss that only fills in the natural lines of your lips so they appear slightly fuller, not swollen. Another reason a pumping gloss isn't a good idea to have at work, is that glosses which use ingredients to swell the lips only work for a short period of time, 15 minutes usually, which means they need to be reapplied often.
A lip gloss which has dark color, or sheer color, may be inappropriate. At work, it's preferable to use a gloss with only slight color so that your lips look natural. A light pink or peach is a good choice to use at the office. High shine gloss, and any gloss with sparkle effect, is also definitely not appropriate for the office. These glosses appeal to teenagers usually, however, they are particularly nice to wear during an evening out at any age.
Flavored gloss is personal choice, although I would stay away from fruity aromas in the workplace. A good flavor in a gloss can make wearing it a lot easier.
The best lip gloss to use at work is one which does not have to be reapplied often, can be worn in any situation, and has a light color. Some recommendations for plumping gloss which gives the appearance of fuller lips are: Maybelline Volume XL Seduction Lip Plumper and Bare Escentuals Buxom Lips. Mac LipGlass Lip Gloss adds shine that lasts a long time, but can be slightly sticky. All three brands have great color choices.

I found Bare Minerals to be cakey and that it looked like "old lady makeup" on my skin. I don't have wrinkles at all, but this made me look like i did. I have normal to combination good skin with no blemishes or marks, so I switched to tinted moisturizer and have been alot happier.
I do have to say though that it works great if you need to get your picture taken alot, like at a wedding or party. It evens out your skin tone very well for photos.

Yeah, Jill M is right. You don't need to make any adjustments. I bake all the time with extra large eggs and they work fine. Sometimes though with boxed cake mixes you can omit one egg because they are so big.

It depends on the price of your car really. If you have a ferrari, well then collision and repairs will be alot. if you have a civic... not such a big deal.
Lets just say you have a civic or something comparable for price. Your rates will probably change by like, 10 bucks. The damages to the car are not an insurance companies biggest worry. It's the lawsuit from personal injuries that cost the big bucks. these can run into the millions if you cause someone serious long term injuries. (or kill someone) so liability is always the brunt of your premium payments. If your going to drop collision, ask yourself if you could afford to just walk away from the car if you got in an accident. because that might be what your forced to do in the case that you got into a bad enough accident that it was a writeoff.
