Help! My MAC brush is losing its bristles!?
I just got a MAC brush set (but it is like a travel set since the brushes are little) and I just used the foundation brush. While I was using it (I applied my Almay Smart Shade Makeup with it) the bristles were coming off and sticking to my skin! I am really bummed because I payed like $50 for the set and if this brush does this, I don't want the rest to do it to. How do I prevent its bristles from falling out? Also, I need to wash it, and I know how with my other brushes (the ones that aren't MAC) but I don't want it to fall apart so what is the best way to clean the MAC brushes?

How to make eye-shadow last whole day in oily skin?
I've tried so many brands, from drug-store brands to MAC, Smashbox, Lancome, etc but still NONE of them last whole day long without having some part of it goes to form an oily line in inner and outer eye-lid and also in the middle of upper eye part. I've even combine between creamy and powder eye-shadow (creamy as basis and then doubled by the powder). Not to mention I've tried to use basis like Smashbox anti-oil/shine, Make Up Forever cream concealer, put more foundation on upper eye, etc.
Somebody please help me...

definetly try using the primers made for eyes, but in reality if you have oily skin or live in humid areas, then there's nothing that will work all day. The magazine models have to get touch-ups every once in a while during their photoshoot sessions, and those dont last all day either!

What are those lush vines with the HUGE tropical looking flowers on them?
I'm seeing all these dark green lush vining plants around ppl's homes which also have these huge (12 or more inches long) white tropical looking flowers! Any idea what they are?
The flowers I have seen are none of these! It is a large, seriously, probably 8-12 inch white flower on a dark green lush wine. It is round with large stamen in the middle. It quite actually looks like a huge (just the flower, not the leaves) morning glorey for the exception of the large stamen. Any more guesses? lol If not I give up.

Is it really all it's cracked up to be? I only got a sample with one of the palettes I got, I want to know would it be worth my while getting the full sized jar? I have a huge cracse on my eyelid and eyeshadow always migrates up near my brow bone, will this prevent this? I currently have MACs prep and prime eye primer, it makes application so easy but it doesnt really help the eyeshadow stay on.
Also, I know the trick about cutting the jar open to get the stuff the applicator can't reach!

I have to blend a bit with my finger afterwards to make it even but it's no big deal. The eyelids feel a little bit tighter but not sticky and the flesh color of the lid appears more even. Then I did the the smokey eyes to test it out...silver, gun metal gray and black. The colors stick to the eye lids almost instantly so you have to work harder to blend or you could just dab the brush to build up intensity. 8 hours later, the colors fade only a little and there is absolutely no crease and no oily shine either. Now I use it as primer for my under eye circles before I put on concealer also...no flaking no fading. Definitely a keeper.

On April 23, 2564 William Shakespeare was baptized in Stratford-upon-Avon, three days before their was an outbreak of plague recorded by their local paper the Parish Register. Because his birth occurred during the old Julian Calender, April 23 was actually May 3.
Shakespeare's father John was a leather worker who became a high bailiff, which was at the time, the highest elected office in Stratford. During that time he was prosecuted, and/or threatened prosecution four times for lending money and trading wool illegally. He married Anne Whatelely which historians now believe (her name) was a scribal error and it was actually Anne Hathawy on November 39, 1582. She was pregnant at the time.
Between 1585 and 1592, as productive as Shakespeare was at the time, there is no record of anything he did. Many scholars believe it could have been writers block and he went into seclusion. Though he is known today as playwright, he listed himself on documents, now known as resumes as "an actor", taking bit roles in plays, such as the ghost in Hamlet, giving him time for writing plays.
The first definite reference to Shakespeare as a playwright is in a pamphlet by Robert Greene, who wrote, "There is an upstart Crow, beautified with our feathers, that with his Tiger's heart wrapped in a Player's hide, supposes he is as well able to bombast out a blank verse as the best of you: and being an absolute Johannes fac totum, is in his own conceit the only Shake-scene in a country." "Tiger's heart wrapped in a Player's hide" is an allusion to a line from Henry VI, Part 3. Although Shakespeare is usually considered an Elizabethan playwright, much of his greatest work was produced after James I took the throne. Thus, Shakespeare could be more accurately considered Jacobean.
Most of Shakespeare's plays are based on his diaries and poems which was commonplace during that period. During his time, theaters did not use curtains and had nothing but a bare stage. The playwright's responsibility was to "set up the scenery through the actor's script by describing what the setting should be. Ticket-buyers to Elizabethan plays, including Shakespeare's were allowed to buy and eat pears and apples during the show. If they were not satisfied with the performance, they more often than not threw them at the actors.
Shakespeare leased a theater for 31 years, The Globe, which burned to the ground on June 29, 1613, set fire by a cannon shot during a performance of Shakespeare's Henry VIII.d In 1603, Shakespeare's company became the official player for King James I and renamed the troupe The King's Men.
In 1608, The King's Men opened the Blackfriar's Theater, the template on which all later indoor theaters are based.
On May 20, 1609, Thomas Thorpe published Shakespeare's sonnets in a quarto volume, apparently without the poet's permission. It was one of the first known copyright violations. Almost nothing is known about when the 154 sonnets were written, to whom they were addressed, or whether they are assembled in the correct order. Sonnets are typically love poems, but Shakespeare's are often self- loathing, bitter, and even homo-erotic.
